MpathTek makes no representations or warranties regarding the continued availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Third-Party Source. Third-Party Sources may modify, restrict, discontinue, or eliminate their RSS feeds or data access at any time and without notice. In such cases, MpathTek reserves the right to replace, substitute, or remove affected content sources at its sole discretion.
A subscription to Daily Hit Metrics grants access to the platform and its current content delivery infrastructure — it does not guarantee the availability of any specific news source, publication, data feed, or content category. Content sources displayed at the time of subscription may change, be replaced, or become unavailable at any point during your subscription period.
MpathTek will make reasonable efforts to maintain a quality selection of content sources and to notify subscribers of significant changes through the platform or via email. However, changes to third-party content availability do not constitute grounds for refund or service credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Daily Hit Metrics Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize MpathTek to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at helpdesk@dailyhitmetrics.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
MpathTek reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers via email or platform notification.
All article titles, summaries, headlines, and other content aggregated by Daily Hit Metrics remain the property of their respective publishers and original authors. Daily Hit Metrics does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on the platform. Content is reproduced in brief summary form under principles of fair use for the purpose of news aggregation and reference.
